did some re-balancing


making you stop dead when you hit an obstacle made the game too easy, so the games went too long, so I did a bit of re-balancing

1. made all enemies disappear when you hit an obstacle, this doesn't change much but thought it made sense

2. made the spawn time the max time (1.5 seconds) if you hit an obstacle, this is to "penalize" hitting obstacles a bit more in a non-obvious way

3. capped your max time at 999 "frames" This is a big one because it prevents "banking" time from earlier in the game when it is easier

Testing showed 4 mins for me playing, and should be less time for people who aren't testing this damn thing all the time
